Bij FysiCo in Dordrecht en Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht bieden we een gratis valpreventiecursus van 10 weken aan. Tijdens deze cursus werk je aan balans, spierkracht, stabiliteit en zelfvertrouwen in bewegen.<br \/><br \/>Een val kan grote gevolgen hebben voor de gezondheid en zelfstandigheid. Iedere vijf minuten belandt er in Nederland een 65-plusser op de spoedeisende hulp na een val.
